TERMS
Downpayment of 50% with balance due on completion of job. If other payment schedules are required, please specify. Any changes made to the original job order must be quoted and approved before continuing the job.

SALES TAX
Sales tax rate = 5.0725%. If exempt, supply us with a proper, signed form so we can apply the exemption to your account.

BILLING
Bills 30 days overdue will incur an additional 1% per month surcharge to the customer's account.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping will be quoted based on job details. Shipped UPS Ground / FedEX unless specified otherwise.

TURN-AROUND TIME
